Thanks to The Durango Herald for being the first paper to speak up in support of the Colorado ASSET bill (Jan. 23).

In these hard economic times, it is crucial that all of us come together to support the youths of our state in having the opportunity to attain a college education.

You can do this easily by supporting Senate Bill 15, Colorado ASSET. ASSET stands for “advancing students for a stronger economy tomorrow.” Who doesn’t want this to happen? The arguments against hold little merit, let your voice be heard!

Tell your representatives to support a better Colorado by voting yes on SB 15.
