Colorado may regret its passage of recreational use of pot. Fifteen years ago, the University of California at Los Angeles did a study on the use of pot. Its professors concluded that pot often caused “flashbacks” that ended in automobile accidents and deaths of drivers. They also concluded that pot often led to “higher” highs that led to other more powerful drug use.
Will Colorado experience the conclusions of UCLA results?
