A fallen boulder temporarily stopped northbound traffic on Colorado Highway 3 on Saturday evening. The boulder, about half the size of a small car, did not hit any vehicles or people, and it was removed by crews from the Colorado Department of Transportation, said Colorado State Patrol Trooper Josh Lewis.
