Drs. Mark Braunstein and Eric Powell, of Four Corners Mental Health announce the addition of Heidi Bendell to their practice.

First National Bank of Durango announces the addition of Frank Pell and Donna Randall to its team.
Pell started with the bank Feb. 11 as an account services representative. He joined the bank after working at Vectra Bank and Land Title Guarantee. Pell graduated from Durango High School in 2002 and went on to study music theory.
Randall started with the bank Feb. 11 as an items processor. She is from Dolores, where she has lived for most of her life. Randall joins the bank after working at Mancos Valley Bank.

Self-directed IRA seminars to be offered
“Buying Real Estate In Your Self-Directed IRA” seminars will be presented by Clay Malcolm of New Direction IRA Inc. and Bill Humphrey, co-founder and CEO of New Direction at 5 and 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
People will learn how to purchase real estate in self-directed IRAs; use loans on IRA-owned real estate; qualify properties; roll over an IRA; and set up an account. Light refreshments will be served.
