All Duncan Whitley and the Durango High School boys lacrosse team needed was a little home cookin’ to pick up their second victory of the season. Durango beat Pueblo West 15-9 on Saturday in its home opener at DHS Stadium to run its record to 2-6. DHS will try for its first winning streak of the season when it hosts Mountain League opponent Telluride at 4 p.m. today at DHS Stadium. Enlarge photo
