Eleven swimmers made their presence felt for the Durango Swim Club on Oct. 11-12 at the Ned Mechling Memorial meet in Aspen.
Haley Benjamin (14) finished first in all of her events – the 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle, 500-yard freestyle, 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard backstroke, 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard butterfly and 200-yard individual medley.
Anne Mummery (16) finished third in the 100- and 200-yard backstroke and fourth in the 50-, 100-and 200-yard freestyle.
Elli Earl (16) finished fifth in the 500-yard freestyle and 200-yard breaststroke and sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke.
Her younger sister, Joci Earl (14), took fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke and 100-yard backstroke and third in the 500-yard freestyle.
Steevie Delio (13) was sixth in the 100-yard butterfly and seventh in the 200-yard backstroke.
Sterling Gates (14) finished fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke and seventh in the 100-yard backstroke.
Claire Larson (15) placed sixth in the 200-yard backstroke and 500-yard freestyle.
Lily Bisantz, who just joined the team from Austin, Texas, took fifth in the 500-yard freestyle and eighth in the 50-yard freestyle.
Hailee Pritchard (16) finished ninth in the 100-yard freestyle and 200-yard freestyle.
