La Plata County Clerk and Recorder Tiffany Parker said as of the deadline for curing ballots passed Wednesday, Republican Brad Blake was beating Democrat Cynthia Roebuck, 10,933 to 10,843, in the race for La Plata County Commissioner in District 1.
Parker said the 90-vote margin wasn’t tight enough to trigger a recount.
