“Durango City Limits,” a juried photography competition with a focus on the people, places and culture of Durango, opened Monday at the Pine River Valley Bank, 1701 Main Ave. The public is invited to check out the exhibit – which features 22 images taken within Durango’s city limits, like this one by Tom McBride – during an artist reception and awards ceremony from 6-8 p.m. Thursday. The event will feature food, drinks, artists and a chance for the public to vote for “People’s Choice” award.
