As regards property taxes, there never should have been such to begin with. This would also mean that a property owner would actually own something and property would have a real foundation for its value.
Also, real estate values should never have been used to determine property taxes. Think what this would do for real estate values if this is a concern.
Two-thirds of property taxes go for schools, so if somebody has no kids in the school system, he’s getting shafted up front via tax payments and in the future by citizens that have been ill-educated with his money!
Incidentally, speaking of kids, what kind of science says that unvaccinated people are carriers of any particular disease? If anything, it’s the other way around. Since education now is in itself child abuse, people’s property tax is going toward child abuse.
