The Durango Home & Ranch Show will take place this weekend at the La Plata County Fairgrounds with about 115 vendors expected to take part. The annual event is run by Four Corners Expos.

The 21st annual Durango Home & Ranch Show, featuring about 115 vendors, will be held next weekend at the La Plata County Fairgrounds.

Vendors have a wide variety of roles related to home building, supplies and remodeling. Just a few of them:

Steel Solutions, a Cortez company, makes ready-to-assemble steel buildings including sheds, garages and even homes.

San Juan Closet Works, based in Farmington, is woodworker Thomas Gibbons’ business. He designs, builds and installs custom closets.

Central Flood Management, also in Farmington, specializes in restorations from flooding, fire, mold or other disaster.

Renewal by Andersen offers home window replacement.

Cutco Cutlery sells knives, tableware and cookware.

Other vendors include solar installation companies, nurseries, builders and electricians.

Painter Sandra Heller is the featured artist. Live music will be performed by the Jeff Solon Jazz Duo and Robby Overfield.

Admission is $3, and proceeds benefit the Community Foundation.

The Durango Home & Ranch Show is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the fairgrounds.

The show is put on by Four Corners Expos, which is owned by the same parent company, Ballantine Communications Inc., as The Durango Herald.
