Durango local Chris Wherry sits in as a guest host on Cycle Squawk this week, talking about his recent retirement from pro road racing. At 36, Wherry says the golden question is what to do now after 13 years as a professional cyclist. During this years Iron Horse Bicycle Classic, The Durango Herald featured Wherry in an audio slideshow along with one of Joe Dailey, the Engineer of #480 on the way to Silverton. Wherry won 3 criterium titles in a row with 4 total wins at the Iron Horse event. He also won the National Championships in 2005 in Philadelphia.
