Coffee changes

Ashley Stroup, manager of the new Durango Joe’s Coffee shop in Town Plaza on Camino de Rio, formally Pure Soul, assembles stools Tuesday while preparing for Thursday’s store opening. “We’ll be opening with all new décor couches and furniture that we hope will feel homey,” Stroup said. “We want to reach a broad spectrum of people and provide great customer service.” This will make the fourth Durango Joe’s coffee house in town.
