Monday

8:01 a.m.Four dogs were loose in the 3700 block of Florida Road. They had a woman?s cat pinned down.

Monday

2:25 a.m.A dog was barking in the 3100 block of West Third Avenue.

8:27 a.m.Someone in a vehicle hit a pedestrian at Town Plaza.

11:03 a.m.A light-blue Honda Civic was stolen at Town Plaza.

11:15 a.m.Juveniles were loitering at the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave.

2:14 p.m.Two juveniles attempted to pickpocket someone in the 700 block of Camino del Rio.

2:45 p.m.Someone stole a man?s computer in the 1300 block of South Camino del Rio.

3:23 p.m.Someone hit a man?s vehicle while it was parked at Town Plaza.

Sunday

4:37 p.m.A man?s hands were covered in blood, and he possibly had a bloody nose in the 3500 block of Main Avenue.

10:11 p.m.Loud music was playing in the 1100 block of Goeglein Gulch Road.

La Plata County Sheriff

Monday

2:55 p.m.A man reported his Winchester rifle was stolen sometime between August and Monday in the 18000 block of County Road 501, in the Vallecito area.

Sunday

4:20 p.m.Four men were trying to sell Kirby vacuums in the 200 block of County Road 236, north of Elmore?s Corner.

6:28 p.m.A woman?s truck and trailer were broken down on Colorado Highway 140, about three miles north of the Colorado-New Mexico border.

8:05 p.m.A mother and son were fighting in the west 300 block of North Street.

Durango Fire & Rescue

Monday

5:23 a.m.A brush fire was reported in the 7100 block of County Road 203, north of Durango.

8:37 a.m.A two-car accident was reported in the 5800 block of Main Avenue, and anti-freeze was leaking.
