Tuesday 8:31 a.m. A cat was stuck under some pipes in a basement in the east 400 block of Seventh Street.

9:54 a.m. There was an ongoing problem with Airedales on the road in the 8000 block of Florida Road (County Road 240).

2:23 p.m. A dog was loose on the highway in the 21000 block of U.S. Highway 160.

Monday 5:22 p.m. A black dog was loose in the lower 100 block of Trimble Crossing Drive, north of Durango.

Tuesday 12:16 p.m. A window on a woman's white Honda was broken near 12th Street and East Third Avenue.

2:58 p.m. Speeders and tailgaters are a frequent problem in the 700 block of Goeglein Gulch Road.

3:34 p.m. A man's green Specialized bicycle was stolen off his porch in the 300 block of East Seventh Avenue.

Monday 4:25 p.m. A semitrailer was parked on the side of the road causing a hazard in the 3600 block of Main Avenue.

4:44 p.m. Someone was receiving threatening phone calls in the 400 block of South Camino del Rio.

4:55 p.m. Someone was bothering a woman and staring at her in south City Market, 6 Town Plaza.

7:01 p.m. Someone gave a woman a drink outside a bar in the 700 block on Saturday night and it possibly had drugs in it.

La Plata County Sheriff

Tuesday 3:53 p.m. A strange man wearing a gray hoodie and baggie jeans was hiding behind a wall in the 100 block of Twin Pines Lane in the Southwest Horizons Ranch subdivision.

Monday 9:20 p.m. Someone stole a woman's puppy Thursday in the 1200 block of La Boca Cemetery Road, near Ignacio.

Bayfield Marshal

Tuesday 7:50 a.m. A driver in a black Toyota pickup failed to stop for flashing lights on a school bus in the 600 block of South East Street.

Fort Lewis Mesa Fire Tuesday 7:51 a.m. There was a smell of gas in the 14000 block of County Road 136, in southwest La Plata County.
