No one is more qualified than Colgan
We’ve known Joe Colgan for 15 years, while he was a senior accounting professor at Fort Lewis College, and later as a member of the Durango City Council and mayor. In addition to his intellect and common sense, Colgan’s dedication to his community is unswerving.
We can’t imagine a finer or more qualified person to serve on the 9-R Board. We join the many others in urging a vote in favor of Colgan in the upcoming election.
