2:32 p.m. Someone reported a homeless man passed out with beer cans around him in Buckley Park, 1250 Main Ave.

4:45 p.m. A man was inside Walmart, 1155 S. Camino del Rio, harassing customers for hours.

6:11 p.m. A man carrying a knife and stick behind Coldwell Banker, 785 Main Ave., refused to leave. Police made an arrest.


3:18 a.m. An intoxicated man was trying to break into the Durango Discovery Museum, 1333 Camino del Rio. Police made an arrest.

3:01 p.m. Someone reported an intoxicated person on their property, 4208 County Road 311.

4:31 p.m. Someone reported a suspicious person dressed in all black carrying a heavy bag and a bow and arrow at the intersection of Highway 3 and Sawmill Road.


4:26 a.m. Police received second-hand information that someone tried to pass a fraudulent check at Sky Ute Casino, 14324 County Road 172.

Firefighters and medics responded to 15 calls Monday, including two traffic accidents, an overdose and one person having a seizure.
