Southwest Basin Roundtable seeks voting members

The Southwest Basin Roundtable seeks people interested in serving as voting members, as well as a non-voting liaison to advance the group’s educational and outreach goals.

There are currently two at-large positions with terms expired. One of these at-large members should represent environmental interests and be nominated by an environmental conservation organization.

Applicants should submit a letter with their qualifications to Laura Spann at or Southwestern Water Conservation District, 841 East Second Ave., Durango, CO 81301, no later than Sept. 26.

Elections will be held at the meeting at 3 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave., where applicants will have an opportunity to address members.
