Solar power comes to Southwest Horizons Ranch

Volunteers install solar panels on a system going up at Southwest Horizons Ranch on Monday. The Four Corners Office for Resource Efficiency is using an EPA Environmental Justice Group grant to help pay for the project. The 16.7 kilowatt system will be used primarily to provide power to the subdivision’s well system.
