Paul Brown, R-Ignacio, told the League of Women Voters of La Plata County at its Legislative Lowdown on Saturday at the Durango Community Recreation Center that he would like to see the General Assembly not only balance the budget for the next fiscal year but look more long-term. He is also looking for funding to study water storage on the South Platte River on the Front Range.
