Inspection finds several ‘deficiencies’ at Hesperus Ski Area

Mountain west of Durango expected to be closed until mid-March
Hesperus Ski Area is expected to remain closed until mid-March until chair clips can be tested and possibly replaced. The Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board identified 20 deficiencies during an unannounced inspection in February.
