When the TABOR Amendment was passed, Colorados economy was relatively healthy and too many voters were unaware of how devastating its impact and implications would be, even in a stable economic environment.
Now, sadly, we are confronted with Proposition 101, and Amendments 60 and 61.
If these three should pass, TABOR will be only the tip of the iceberg that will sink Colorados ship of state.
The funds necessary for fundamental infrastructure, civic and social services, health care especially for our youngest and oldest citizens and education at all levels will shrivel, and the quality of life for all of Colorados citizens will decrease markedly.
Please vote no on each of these potentially devastating proposals.
