Wildlife Rehabilitation thankful for fundraiserSt. Francis Wildlife Rehabilitation thanks Ms. Kirby’s sixth-grade class at Escalante Middle School for its effort in the production of a program and fundraiser for Dooley, a peregrine-falcon-education bird at St. Francis Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, and me. We presented a program for the class in September 2016, and students decided to hold a card-and-poster sale, with artwork and descriptions of the natural history of falcons, as a fundraiser for us. The research that was required to accomplish this project is beyond commendable. Thank you again for thoughtfulness, kindness and appreciation for our wildlife.
