Backers of the Dryside Velodrome want your vote.
The cycling facility, which would be located on County Road 120 near Hesperus, is in the running for a $50,000 grant through the Pepsi Refresh Project.
The soda company each month funds 10 ideas with the most votes on its Pepsi Refresh Project website.
As of Monday, the Dryside Velodrome was ranked 133 out of about 1,100 ideas competing for Decembers awards.
Backers of the velodrome have secured land and constructed a basic imprint for the 200-meter outdoor track but are seeking the grant money for surfacing, landscaping, fencing and lighting.
They plan to use it for training, programming and competing.
To vote for the project, go to www.refresheverything.com/drysidevelodrome.
Supporters can vote once a day every day until voting ends Dec. 31.
