DAC invites artists for 4-Corners Commission
Artists working in any medium except video are invited to submit work to be chosen for the annual Four Corners Commission Exhibit at the Durango Arts Center. Work must reflect some aspect of the Four Corners Region: Life, landscape, heritage or culture, and must be delivered to the DAC along with an entry form and entry fees on Tuesday, Jan. 4.
Professional artist and gallery owner Judy Graham of Silverton will select the work for the exhibit and present awards for cash prizes. The Durango Chamber of Commerce also will select one two-dimensional piece for its Reflections of Durango award. Entry forms with exhibit details can be downloaded from the DACs website at www.durangoarts.org/Exhibits/Four Corners Commission, or they can be picked up at the reception desk at the DAC.
