On Friday, Carver Brewing Co. will tap its Old Fort Rabbit Pale Ale. The ale is made from Cascade and Chinook dried whole cone hops from the Old Fort at Hesperus.
This is the third year the Old Fort has partnered with Carver Brewing Co., which provides research support.
In addition to the pale ale, Carver’s will also be serving an appetizer with Old Fort beef.
