Effective Thursday, the new “Circ Store” Herald subscription portal interface will be displayed after users log in with their password. The new system will give readers greater control over subscription and account settings, and allow them to fix problems themselves or work with the Circulation Department directly, instead of having to navigate through the third-party Wallit system, which has given readers limited control over their online experience in the past.
