Beau and Jenna Black, owners of The Bookcase & Barber, are expanding their Prohibition-era themed bar and barbershop at East Second Avenue and College Drive. A new bar, called The Archive, will add 20 new seats to the speakeasy. The current bar, The Bookcase, seats 29, and both bars will be able to operate separately.
The expansion of The Bookcase & Barber will carry on its theme as a speakeasy, Prohibition-era bar. A new bar called The Archive will be added to the existing bar, The Bookcase.
Jenna and Beau Black, owners of The Bookcase & Barber, have been working on an addition to their Prohibition-era themed bar for about a month. The addition, The Archive, is slated for an April 1 opening.
