A Durango man was arrested Friday on suspicion of breaking into several downtown businesses earlier this week - his second arrest for burglary within a month.
Brant Overbee, 31, was being held Friday in the La Plata County Jail for several burglaries and attempted burglaries.
Overbee is suspected of breaking into the Sushitarian, The Durango Kid, Olde Tymer's Café, an office complex and the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad train station, according to a news release from the Durango Police Department.
Overbee was arrested in February on suspicion of committing several downtown burglaries, including those at the American Legion, Cyprus Café, Home Slice Pizza, the Volunteers of America Thrift Store and Dare to Dress.
He was released March 4 from the La Plata County Jail on $2,500 bail.
Police identified Overbee in part because of his recent release from jail, according to the release.
He is being held on $25,000 bail.
