Baskin-Robbins raises money for firefighters
Baskin-Robbins will hold the fifth annual 31-Cent Scoop Night from 5 to 10 p.m. April 27 at its store at 32 Town Plaza.
During the event, the price of the 2.5-ounce ice cream scoop will be 31 cents. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
The foundation develops and expands programs to recognize fallen firefighters and assist their families and co-workers. Consumers also will be able to donate to the foundation by text messaging. Consumers can text 6333 to 50555 to make a $5 donation.

Jerry McCoy has joined RE/MAX Pinnacle as the newest member of the new Remax franchise in Durango.
McCoy, formerly of Re/Max Western Realty, brings 25 years of real estate experience to Re/Max Pinnacle. His real estate certifications include Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute.
