Daniel “Lieutenant Dan” Holman donated a wheelchair to Durango Harley-Davidson on Thursday as a part of his mission to supply every Harley-Davidson dealership in the country with a wheelchair.
Holman of Las Vegas saw the need for to provide disabled riders with wheelchairs to get around Harley dealerships.
Durango was his first stop in Colorado, where he is donating wheelchairs to 12 dealerships.
In total, he has donated 132 chairs.
Trevor Bird, owner of Durango Harley-Davidson, said he is grateful for the gift, as the dealership has a lot of customers who are disabled and many are disabled veterans.
Harleys give people freedom, including disabled riders, Bird said.
