Therapist receives massage certification
Maxine Christopher, nationally certified massage therapist, announces her certification as the areas first pediatric massage specialist.
In addition to adult wellness treatments and Hakomi-based bodywork, Christopher works with children ages 1 to 18 and their families to promote health. Issues effectively addressed by massage include chronic and acute stress, recovery from sports injury, pre- and postoperative relief, as well as the management of special health needs including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, asthma, eczema, diabetes, attachment and sleep disorders. The Sterling Cos., a local trio of specialized real estate service companies, announces that Taryn Yates has joined its team as lead property manager.
Yates has 17 years of combined property management and real estate experience from Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. She has managed commercial, residential and multifamily properties.
Yates primary responsibility at Sterling will be managing Hillcrest Apartments, a complex with 112 class A units. Sterling manages a variety of property types.
