The Strater Hotel has announced several promotions
Tori Ossola has been named general manager. Most recently, Ossola served as the hotel’s rooms division manager, Ossola brings more than 25 years of experience working in the tourism and hospitality industries with an emphasis on marketing, outdoor recreation and business development.
Steve Siote has been named director of food and beverage. Siote was promoted from his position as executive chef and will direct and oversee all aspects of the Strater’s food and beverage operations, including The Mahogany Grille, The Diamond Belle Saloon and The Office Spiritorium.
Josh Wolf has been named director of engineering. Wolf was previously a lead maintenance technician. In addition to maintaining all electric and mechanical systems, Wolf is responsible for the continuation of the Strater’s historic preservation efforts, including renovating, remodeling, repairing and maintaining the quality of craftsmanship of the hotel.
