I was so sorry to hear of Sally Morriseys passing. Sally was a remarkable woman on multiple levels. She was a true pioneer in the independence of women, embodying the fullness of femininity while foraging through uncharted masculine territories of living life to the fullest, including joining the Peace Corps as a senior citizen.
Sallys column, Sally Says, kept us all updated on all the interesting, fun, local events and fundraisers for decades; she shared personal insights into intriguing local citizens lives and was a true icon for visionaries everywhere.
Sally, thank you for all that you shared with us and please say hi to my Ronnie when you see him up there! He loved your column!
