Rain on Memorial Day could delay work to clear two boulders that fell Friday and closed Colorado Highway 145. Colorado Department of Transportation crews plan to “boulder blast the obstructions, but it’s unclear how long the work will take. CDOT may be able to open a temporary, dirt bypass road to allow alternating one-lane traffic on Wednesday, or possibly Tuesday.
