YogaT moves to Smiley Building
Steve Ilg, owner and founder of High Performance YogaT announces his relocation to a larger studio.
Beginning Sept. 19, Ilgs classes will still take place in the Smiley Building, 1309 East Third Ave. However, the classes will now be held on the second floor in Studio No. 24. Fall classes will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Mondays will be traditional Hatha, while Wednesdays will remain committed to the core and strength fitness style of prop workouts. All abilities are welcome. Classes are taught on a progressive style, with less-intense classes at the beginning of each month.

Physical therapy practice announces hire
Advantage Physical Therapy & Wellness P.C., 3600 Main Ave., Suite A., announces the hiring of Kristen Palmer, MSPT, as a full-time physical therapist.
Palmer was born in Wichita, Kan., and received her degree in music education and therapy from the University of Kansas. She earned a masters degree in physical therapy from A.T. Stills University in Mesa, Ariz. She has worked as a physical therapist for 13 years and specializes in vestibular and orthopedic rehabilitation.
