Fort Lewis reschedules three Met operas

“Student groups have priority for all happenings in the Vallecito Room,” Charles Leslie, director of the Community Concert Hall, said recently. Consequently, MET Live fans will be seeing rebroadcasts, not live performances, of three operas on the general schedule.
Here is the revised schedule: * indicates the rebroadcasts.
“Akhnaten,” Nov. 23.“Wozzeck,” * now Jan. 18. “Porgy and Bess,” * now Feb. 8.“Agrippina,” Feb. 29.“Der Fliegende Holländer,” March 14.“Tosca,” * now April 18. “Maria Stuarda,” May 9. All Met operas are streamed on Saturdays and all will begin at 10:55 a.m.
