Pac-12 considerably top-heavy

Can anyone catch up to the Cardinal and Ducks?
The Ducks have been hit hard by injuries, including an injury to starting quarterback Darron Thomas, but backup Dustin Haines (pictured) and the rest haven’t seemed to mind, winning their first four Pac-12 games by an average of 27.5 points while extending their conference winning streak to 16 consecutive games.
Tyler Hansen and the Buffaloes aren’t alone in being blown away – and blown off the field – by the Pac-12’s elite. Despite improvements by teams like Arizona State and Washington, the Pac-12 still is being dominated by the teams at the top, namely No. 4 Stanfor and No. 7 Oregon.
