Trevor Croke scored twice, and Liam Millar and Nico Shapiro also scored for Durango-Telluride.
After a 1-1 tie early, Crested Butte defeated Durango-Telluride 7-1 in Saturdays nightcap.
On Sunday, Gabe Tonnessen and Willy Hess scored early, and after Grand Valley responded with a goal in the second period, the Mountaineers scored seven consecutive second-period goals to lead 9-1 going into the third.
Max Laws had a hat trick; Danny Cummins had two goals; Hunter Richey, Austin McMenimen, Willy Frownfelter, Johnston and Croke also scored in the Mountaineers 12-1 victory.
