Quarantine lifted for Durango stars Finneseth, Woolverton

No fans allowed for Saturday’s quarterfinal against Lutheran
Durango quarterback Jordan Woolverton, left, and wide receiver Ben Finneseth, right, will be back with the Demons this weekend. They returned to practice Thursday after a 14-day quarantine, though neither ever tested positive for COVID-19. They have two days to prepare for Lutheran.
With the help of a block from Joshua Bates (64), Durango’s Gage Mestas runs during a game against Evergreen earlier this season. After missing the better part of two games with a concussion, Mestas returned to DHS practice this week in time for the state quarterfinals.
