BHS climbs Peak to Peak to Fort Collins

For the first time in 31 years, the Wolverines are going to state
Candace Shaw again led Bayfield with 15 points in a win, and this win led the Wolverines to the CHSAA Class 3A Girls Basketball State Championships elite eight in Fort Collins. “It’s amazing,” Shaw said. “Oh my gosh, I don’t even know. It’s surreal.”
Taylor Harrison and the Bayfield Wolverines reached the elite eight in the CHSAA Class 3A Girls Basketball State Championships in Fort Collins. “Truthfully, man, it just feels awesome,” BHS head coach Ronnie Posey said.
Tia Neeley had nine points in the Wolverines’ 57-41 victory over Peak to Peak on Saturday at Bayfield High School, and for the first time in 31 years, the Wolverines are going back to the state tournament.
