2:35 a.m. A caller reported there was an intoxicated man walking in the 1400 block of Main Avenue. Police responded and determined he was fine, just walking home.
3:03 a.m. Packing tape or plastic wrap was stretched across the street between two signs at East Third Avenue and east 13th Street.
11:41 a.m. The back window of a Dodge Intrepid was broken out in the 300 block of Animas View Drive.
3:07 p.m. A caller in Skyridge said a package from her mother that was supposed to have clothes in it instead had a peanut butter jar full of white powder.
5:20 p.m. A man was panhandling, approaching vehicles and pounding on his placard in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.
6:01 p.m. A Spanish-speaking officer was called to the End O Day Motel for an unknown disturbance.
6:35 p.m. A 12-year-old boy at the fairgrounds needed assistance with his bike.
6:37 p.m. Four kids bought wristbands, but they were not told they would be able to ride for only 45 minutes at the carnival. Police determined it was a civil issue.
7:29 p.m. Police responded to a domestic violence call on Rockridge Drive.
4:52 a.m. A deputy responded to the 100 block of Vista Escondido Road in reference to an assault.
2:09 p.m. A caller on an island in the Animas River north of Durango said shotgun pellets were falling from the sky.
8:23 p.m. About 10 gunshots were heard by a resident in the 800 block of west Vallecito Creek Road.
