Orange Dreamsicle Milkshake

Ingredients:


1 cup orange sorbet (mango also is good)
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup fat-free half-and-half

Method:


In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, drizzle in additional half-and-half while the blender is running until you get the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
Nutrition information per serving: 200 calories; 10 calories from fat (5 percent of total calories); 1.5 g fat (1 g saturated; 0 g trans fats); 5 mg cholesterol; 44 g carbohydrate; 8 g protein; 0 g fiber; 320 mg sodium.
