The Durango Figure Skating Club sent 12 skaters to Santa Fe in mid-May, earning multiple top finishes at the non-qualifying Santa Fe Skate Fest.
"The girls did great, and it was a lot of fun," said head coach Jessika Jones. "It was a little relaxing. We compete against these guys a lot."
"It allowed our skaters to get used to their programs before Regionals."
Ruby May competed in Basic 2 and placed first and third.
Jessica Nordby went in Freeskate 1, earning two firsts.
Skating in Freeskate 2, Jenna Glasgow received two second-place finishes.
Kathryn Farrel also competed in Freeskate 2 and got two firsts.

Marit May, competing in limited pre-preliminary, got a first, fifth and a sixth.
Jarrod Mayer was first, second and third with the limited pre-preliminary boys. Jarrod and Marit also performed a duo and took second.
Lacey Grillos was second, fifth and sixth in pre-preliminary.
Claudia Sipan placed third three times at preliminary.
Lily-Finn Burdick won two firsts and one second, also competing in preliminary.
Christianna Sarten took part in teen preliminary and got a first, fifth and a third.
Mackenzie Sill got two first-place medals competing at the juvenile level.
The club will travel next to Colorado Springs for the Broadmoor Open on June 26, with an eye on Regionals in Grapevine, Texas, starting Oct. 11.
