Needham Elementary principal picks prime time to retire

He’s been tied to the principal’s position at Needham Elementary school for 23 years. Next year Pete Harter will return as a fourth-grade teacher under a shared position. So students such as second-grader Susana Esqueda-Espinoza won’t have to say goodbye forever when this school year ends.
