Authorities are asking for the publics help in identifying four suspects who broke into a medical marijuana-growing operation last week east of Durango.
The La Plata County Sheriffs Office has released still images from surveillance video taken inside the business.
The video shows four men, who appear to be in their mid-to-late teens, enter the business and visit four rooms where marijuana is cultivated.
Two men covered their faces with hoodies and caps. The faces of the other two men are readily visible.
The theft occurred shortly after 1 a.m. May 22 at a growing operation on County Road 222, southeast of Elmores Corner.
Colorado law requires medical-marijuana businesses to have video-surveillance systems.
The business was equipped with nine night-vision cameras inside and outside the building.
The intruders swiveled away a surveillance camera in a utility room where they gained entry, but not before it captured their images.
Anyone with information about the break-in is asked to call Investigator Kevin Brown directly at 382-7054 or the Sheriffs Office at 247-1157.
