Durango's contingent in the Youth American Football League went 3-2 last weekend.
For the season, the local youth football programs are 9-4.
Fifth grader Brayton Jackson had the standout performance in Week 3, rushing for four touchdowns in the Durango Patriots' 38-12 victory over the Aztec Tigers.
Everett Howland and Joe Arnwine rushed for one touchdown each.
Jordan Woolverton wasn't far behind Jackson; the fourth-grader had three rushing touchdowns in the Durango Colts' 34-6 victory over the Farmington Panthers.
Gage Mestas and Haezen Mestas rushed for one touchdown each, and extra points were scored by Weston Baken and Cal Walsh.
Gus Kidd and Dawson Marcum accounted for all of the sixth-grade Durango 49ers points in their 12-0 victory over Kirtland. They each scored a touchdown.
The second-grade Durango Demons were shut out 13-0 by the Farmington Bulldogs, and the third-grade Durango Dolphins were shut out 18-0 by the Farmington Panthers.
All teams will be in action this weekend, including a pair of home games at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday at Miller Middle School.
