More than 400 tribal dancers are coming from all over the U.S. and Canada, said Joyceann Delaware-Ford, Southern Ute Powwow committee chairperson. “It’s a time to dance and enjoy life,” Delaware-Ford said. The powwow will continue through Sunday at the Sky Ute Fairgrounds.
