Concerned about pesticides in the city parks? Then how about the pesticide poison added to our drinking water?
Natural News notes that much of the so-called fluoride dumped into the public water supply in the United States comes from companies like this one in China. From the industrial chemicals listing page of Alibaba.com: The Fluoride Chemicals (Yunnan) Co. offers a 98 percent water treatment sodium fluoride product with the following description for its uses: It is used in the manufacture of effervescing steel. It is also used in fluoridation of drinking water, as a wood preservative, an adhesive preservative. An insecticide, a pickle for steels and other metals, a flux for soldering and welding.
What our city leaders call fluoride is not the naturally occurring (mineral) fluoride. Rather, what is intentionally added to our drinking water is a toxic cocktail of fluosilicic acid and other deadly industrial chemicals and heavy metals, often purchased in bulk from China, where industrial processing plants are able to get rid of their byproduct toxic waste by labeling it sodium fluoride.
The benefits of fluoride (if any exist) are topical, so it makes more sense, for those who want to take the risks, to deliver the fluoride directly to the teeth in the form of toothpaste. Because swallowing fluoride is unnecessary, there is no reason to force people (against their will) to drink a toxic pesticide chemical in their water supply.
What risk? A new comprehensive analysis of 27 different fluoride studies, compiled by experts at Harvard University, confirms that fluoride damages brain tissue, lowering average IQ of those drinking and bathing in fluoridated water.
What company supplies our fluoride? Is it tested for additional contaminants? What say you, City Council?
