Eustachy’s Rams, life on the right track

CSU hits 10-2 start as coach approaches 10 years of sobriety
First-year Colorado State basketball coach Larry Eustachy has his life and his team on the right track. After resigning as head coach of Iowa State after photos of him partying with students surfaced almost a decade ago, Eustachy is approaching 10-years of sobriety as he’s directed the Rams to a 10-2 start.
It’s not all been easy layups for Pierce Hornung and the CSU Rams, as they adjust to coach Larry Eustachy’s defense-and-rebound-focused game plan. “It’s never a bad thing to get outside your comfort zone. It’s never a bad thing to have change as long as you embrace it with the right attitude,” Hornung said.
