Winsor finds an FLC win-win

DHS runner signs on with former, future coach
Durango High School senior Madeigh Winsor signed her National Letter of Intent last week to run cross country at Fort Lewis College. Her dad, Sean Winsor, DHS cross country coach David McMillan, DHS track and field coach Steve Thyfault and mom Kim Winsor attended the signing.
Madeigh Winsor, who already is part of one school record at Durango High School, will carry the Demons’ baton at FLC next year for her former high school coach Mark Dutro. “I’m really happy it ended up the way it did,” she said.
